I tried to book flights on the Etihad website last September. At the payment stage, their website crashed so I had to re-select my flights and go through the payment process again. I tried to pay again and the website crashed once again. I was not informed the money had been taken and when I realised that they had taken the money not once but twice, I called them the next day to find out we were not booked on these flights despite these double charging. The flights prices had increased by then and they refused to book me on that flight for the amount I was initially charged. Customer service email & phone follow up were disconnected, hard to reach and extremely poor to top it up. It took them 2 months to formally apologise ! 127d561

Nope/ they gave me a number at the time but I have thrown it away. Sorry.

Hi, this has just happened to us as well. We booked online, but when processing it crashed. We thried again and this time it worked...but they have taken our money twice, but we only have once flight booked. 

 

They have no customer service lines, and their Manchester Office is uuseless. Do you have any contact numbers we could use please...?
