Their customer service has been indifferent to our claims/. They never pick up the phone when we call.. There is absolutely no news of our lost baggage|. They can easily track the baggage using the Baggage Ticket numbers but they are unwilling to do so;. Its as if they just dont care about our baggage!. Its been more than 2 weeks and we havent heard back from them yet'. This has been the worst airline experience ever/.
We will never ever fly Etihad again..that is for sure. We will also make sure that we let all our friends and their friends know and pass the word around!! 127d475
