I am Marwan, I have travelled with Etihad airlines from Miami (MIA) - New York (JFK) - Abu Dhabi (AUH) - Riyadh (RUH), Booking Ref# YW72FZ
When I arrived to Riyadh (RUH), My Seven (7) luggage have NOT met at the airport, they have been lost.
After that, I filed a lost luggage file in the baggage lost services at Riyadh’s airport and the file number is RUHEY11529.
Eventually, and after three days delayed, the luggages have arrived, one of the luggage has arrived and it was completely wet (full of water) the water has destroyed my new cloths that I have bought from United States. (Luggage tag number is AA 43 47 37)
The cloths that were completely destroyed are 3 T shirts from Calvin kiln and 2 jackets from B & S, two tops and jeans from Levi's, dress from Roberto Cavali, 2 pairs of shoes from Tommy and lots of other things.
This is completely unacceptable. I request a compensation for the items that have been delayed and also for the items that have been destroyed.
