While Etihad advertises themselves as a World Class Airline, they are the exact opposite. Non-exsistent customer service, haplessly incompetent, and ridiculously inefficient. I have not yet traveled on the airline and have had a nightmare trying to get answers regarding my flight". I have sent numerous emails, letters, made numerous calls and even stopped by the NYC office, which i will add, no one was there during business hours on a Wednesday afternoon/. I have had computer generated replies spitting out incorrect email addresses and 800 numbers in UAE which i cannot connect with.. The one letter I received from a GM named Imran accused me of never actually going to the office, which i did, and sent a copy of the security pass to the company|. I then heard nothing:. I understand that this airline is run by the government of UAE and it shows in its bureaucracy:. If i can give anyone who contemplates flying with Etihad some advice, JUST SAY NO! It is not worth the headache to save a few dollars|. FLY EMIRATES, they are the epitome of what a class airline is, while Etihad is not the crown, but more like the clown of middle eastern airlines;.
